Minimum Stay Requirements:

Weekly Special: Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free

2 nights during January, February, March, September, November & December, otherwise 3 night minimum all other months

Winter Special - Mid-Week Monday -Thursdays, January to March 2007 $175.00 per night

Winter & Spring Rates $225.00 weekend rate per night (January, February, up to March 15th also April 24th - May 24, 2007)

Spring Rates $175.00 mid week rate per night (April 24th - May 24, 2007)

Spring Break mid week rate per night (March 15th - Apr 24, 2007): 3-night minimum at $200.00 per night or 2-night minimum at $220.00 per night

Spring Break weekend rate per night (March 15th - Apr 24, 2007): 2-night minimum at $235.00 per night

Seasonal: $200.00 mid week rate per night:(May 25th thru December 2007 except October)

Seasonal: $235.00 weekend rate per night:(May 25th thru December 2007 except October)

 

 

Leaf season (October): 4-night minimum @ $235.00 per night

Holiday Rates are 325.00 per night with a 4-night minimum
Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day)

Above rates are for up to four people. Add $20 per night for each person above four guests. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests.

THIS CABIN SLEEPS 10 COMFORTABLY

• Check-in time is 3:30 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

• A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.

• The full rental fee is due 14 days before the first rental day. Payment can be made by personal check, travelers cheques, money orders, cashiers check, Visa or Mastercard, or cash. Add 3.5% if paying by credit card. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Last-minute bookings may be available, but the full rent and the security deposit will be due at the time of booking. The refund policies are the same as for regular bookings.

• At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.)

• No dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, firearms, or firecrackers are permitted on the property.

• Of course, no illegal drugs or other illegal activities are permitted on the property.

 

• NO PETS are permitted.

• NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin or on the porches.
