Minimum Stay Requirements: 3-night minimum for weekends in June, July, August & October

4-night minimum @ $325.00 per night Thanksgiving, Christmas,New Years, Memorial Weekend, 4th Of July and Labor Day Weekend

2-night minimum: All other times

Weekly Special: Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free

Above rates are for up to four people. Add $20 per night for each person above four guests. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

  • A $500.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.

  • The full rental fee is due 14 days before the first rental day. Payment can be made by personal check, travelers cheques, money orders, cashiers check, credit card or cash. No debit cards are accepted for the security deposit. Add 3.5% if paying by credit card or debit card. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Last-minute bookings may be available, but the full rent and the security deposit will be due at the time of booking. The refund policies are the same as for regular bookings.

  • At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.)

  • No dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, firearms, or firecrackers are permitted on the property.

  • Of course, no illegal drugs or other illegal activities are permitted on the property.

  • Single-night bookings may be available with a surcharge. Please check with us.

  • NO PETS are permitted.

  • NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin or on the porches.
